Buy a Windows product key that the listing titles state works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, or an MS Office key for 2013 Home and Business, 2019 Professional or 2021 Professional Plus — the title of every listing names the version and, for Office, whether the key is OEM or retail and that it is country/region free. The listing pages state the rest: a 25-character key, online activation through Microsoft's activation servers, one activation per key, and the Office apps each edition includes. Prices and stock are shown live. Pay in crypto and the key is delivered digitally; a key that does not activate at all is covered by the 24-hour replacement policy.

Windows and MS Office product keys for sale: the two sub-categories
AccsZone splits this category into Windows Product Key and MS Office Key. Open the one you need, compare the listings by the version and edition named in the title, then read the listing page for the activation details before you pay; the title is the specification.
Windows Product Key — Windows 10 / 11
Three listings whose titles state that the key supports both Windows 10 and Windows 11 and is ready to use. They differ by the quality label in the title — one plain, one Good Quality, one Premium Quality — and by price and stock, which are shown live. The listing pages state the same specification for all three: a 25-character key, Home and Pro editions, online activation and one activation per key.
Three listings, one per version, each titled with the edition and licence type: 2013 Home and Business OEM key, 2019 Professional retail key and 2021 Professional Plus retail key. Every title states the key is country/region free. The listing pages add which apps each edition includes and that the two retail keys can be moved to a new PC while the 2013 OEM key is tied to one device.
A product key is a digital item: the listing pages state that nothing physical is shipped. The Windows key listing pages give the delivery format as instant delivery via live chat, and the Office listing pages say instant digital delivery after purchase. After your crypto payment confirms, open My Orders in your dashboard and click View on the order; if the key is not shown there, open the live chat with your order ID and it is handed over in the chat. Save the key somewhere private as soon as you have it.
The key itself
The Windows listing pages state the format: a 25-character alphanumeric key in the pattern XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX, activated online through Microsoft's activation servers, with one activation per key on a single device and a global region. The Office listing pages state the same one-PC, region-free model and describe the licence as a one-time purchase with no subscription (the 2019 and 2021 pages call it lifetime activation for one PC). Whether a Windows key is a retail, OEM or volume licence is not stated in any Windows title or listing page, so it is not claimed here; for Office the title says it — OEM for 2013, retail for 2019 and 2021.
Reading a Windows or Office key listing
Each title is the specification. For Windows it states Windows 10/11 Both Supported, the quality label (none, Good Quality or Premium Quality) and Ready to use; the listing pages add Home / Pro edition support for both versions. For Office it states the version (2013, 2019 or 2021), the edition (Home and Business, Professional or Professional Plus), the licence type (OEM or Retail) and Country Region Free. The listing pages list the apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook for 2013 Home and Business; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and Access for 2019 Professional; and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, OneNote and Teams for 2021 Professional Plus. The 2013 page lists Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 as compatible; the 2021 page lists Windows 10 and 11, 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows only (not macOS).
How to activate your key
Collect the key and check it against the title. Open My Orders, click View, or take the key from the live chat for Windows listings, as the listing page states. Confirm the version matches what you bought — Windows 10 or 11 Home / Pro for a Windows key; Office 2013 Home and Business, 2019 Professional or 2021 Professional Plus for an Office key — before you enter it anywhere, because the listing pages state one activation per key.
Windows: enter the key in Activation settings. Make sure the PC is online — the listing pages state that activation is done online through Microsoft's activation servers. On Windows 11 open Settings → System → Activation; on Windows 10 open Settings → Update & Security → Activation. Choose Change product key, paste the 25-character key and confirm. The key must match the edition installed (Home or Pro); if the wrong edition is installed, Windows reports that the key does not work for this edition rather than activating.
Office: install the matching version, then enter the key. Install the same version and edition the title names (Office 2013 Home and Business, 2019 Professional or 2021 Professional Plus) from Microsoft, open an Office app such as Word and enter the key when it asks for activation, or redeem the key through Microsoft's Office setup page with a Microsoft account where the installer directs you there. The 2021 page states the suite is for Windows only and supports 32-bit and 64-bit; the 2013 page lists Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
Confirm the activation state. On Windows, the Activation page should read "Windows is activated"; in Office, open File → Account and check that the product shows as activated. Do this before you reinstall, reset or format anything, and keep a note of which machine the key was used on.
Keep the key within its licence terms. The Windows listing pages state one activation per key on a single device. For Office, the 2019 and 2021 retail pages state the licence can be transferred to a new PC if you upgrade, while the 2013 OEM page states it is not transferable once activated. Microsoft's own licence terms govern what happens on a hardware change; AccsZone cannot alter them. If the key is rejected at activation, screenshot the exact error and open the live chat within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement policy in plain words
Covered. A key that is rejected at activation when first entered, a key that is already used when delivered, or a key that is not what the title states — the wrong Windows or Office version, or an OEM key where the title says retail — is replaced or refunded.
The window. Report it within 24 hours of delivery or your first use, whichever comes first, through the live chat or a support ticket; later reports are not eligible.
Refund form. Refunds are credited to your AccsZone balance as store credit, not returned to your wallet.
Not covered. Anything after the key has activated successfully: a later deactivation after a hardware change, a reinstall on a second machine when the listing page states one activation per key, a key entered on the wrong edition or version, or a transfer that Microsoft's licence terms do not allow for that key type.
How to claim. Contact support with the order ID, the key as delivered and a screenshot of the activation error message, and do not keep retrying the key on other machines while the claim is open.
Plain-language summary; the after-sale article is written for accounts and is applied to keys as above. The binding wording is in sections 4.2 and 5.2 of the Terms & Conditions and the after-sale service article.
Payment and support
Checkout is in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin and other major coins): top up your balance, and when the network confirms the deposit — usually 10–30 minutes — the order is placed and the key is delivered as the listing page describes. Cards are not accepted. Orders of 500+ keys receive a 5 % discount and orders of 2,000+ keys a 10 % discount, applied automatically per product.
The live chat on accszone.com is staffed 24/7 and is where Windows keys are handed over and activation questions are raised; the Office 2019 listing page states that support is available around the clock for activation and setup issues. Telegram @accszone1 handles custom volumes. Resellers can integrate through the AccsZone API.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy a Windows product key?
On this page. Open the Windows Product Key sub-category for a key the title states works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, or the MS Office Key sub-category for Office 2013, 2019 or 2021. Pick a listing, set the quantity and pay from your crypto balance; the key is then delivered digitally as the listing page describes.
Is it legal to buy a Windows or Office product key?
Buying a licence key is legal: a product key is an ordinary software licence and Microsoft itself sells them. What governs the key after purchase is Microsoft's licence terms for that key type — they decide whether a key may be activated on a given edition, how many devices it covers and whether it can be moved to another PC (the listing pages state one activation per key, transferable for the 2019 and 2021 retail Office keys and not transferable for the 2013 OEM key). Microsoft can refuse or revoke an activation that breaks those terms. Whether a particular purchase is lawful for you also depends on your country; this is not legal advice. AccsZone's Terms & Conditions prohibit using any product for illegal activity, spam or circumventing platform policies.
How much does a Windows product key cost?
Every listing on this page shows its current price and stock, so you see the price before you pay. What moves it is what the title names: for Windows, the quality label (plain, Good Quality or Premium Quality); for Office, the version and edition (2013 Home and Business, 2019 Professional or 2021 Professional Plus) and the licence type (OEM or retail).
Which Windows editions does the key activate?
The listing titles state that the key supports both Windows 10 and Windows 11, and the listing pages state edition support as Windows 10 Home / Pro and Windows 11 Home / Pro, with one activation per key on a single device. Install the edition you intend to activate first; a key is matched to the installed edition at activation.
What is the difference between the three Windows key listings?
Their titles differ only by the quality label — one has none, one says Good Quality and one says Premium Quality — and the listing pages state the same specification for all three: Windows 10/11, Home / Pro, a 25-character key, online activation, one activation per key, global region. Nothing on the listing pages explains the labels further, so compare the live price and stock and choose by those.
What is the difference between the OEM and retail Office keys?
The titles state the licence type and the listing pages explain the practical difference: the 2013 Home and Business key is OEM, intended for one device and, as its listing page states, not transferable to another PC once activated. The 2019 Professional and 2021 Professional Plus keys are retail; their listing pages state they are not tied to the original hardware and can be transferred to a new PC if you upgrade. All three titles state the key is country/region free.
What exactly is delivered?
One product key per piece ordered, delivered digitally; the listing pages state that no physical item is shipped. The Windows listing pages describe the key as a 25-character alphanumeric key in the pattern XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. No installation media or Microsoft account is included; you download Windows or Office from Microsoft and enter the key during activation.
How fast is delivery?
Payment confirms in about 10–30 minutes once the network sees your crypto deposit. The Office listing pages state instant digital delivery after purchase; the Windows listing pages give the delivery format as instant delivery via live chat, so if the key is not shown under My Orders, open the live chat with your order ID and it is handed over there.
What if the key does not activate?
First check that the installed version and edition match the title (Windows 10 or 11 Home / Pro; Office 2013 Home and Business, 2019 Professional or 2021 Professional Plus), that the PC is online, and that the key was pasted without a typo. If Microsoft still rejects it, contact support within 24 hours of delivery with the order ID, the key as delivered and a screenshot of the error and it will be replaced or refunded as store credit. Problems after a successful activation — a hardware change or a second machine — are not covered; see the after-sale service article.
Can I buy Windows or Office keys in bulk?
Yes. Set the quantity on the listing — stock is shown live. Orders of 500+ keys receive a 5 % discount and orders of 2,000+ keys a 10 % discount, applied automatically per product. Resellers can automate ordering through the AccsZone API; custom volumes can be arranged on Telegram at @accszone1.
