IPTV Setup Guide — How to Start Watching

Follow these steps and you will be watching in about 5 minutes. No technical skills needed. Works on phones, tablets, Smart TVs, Firestick, computers, and more.

Step 1 — Get your login details

After your purchase you received a link. Open that link in any web browser (phone or computer). The page will show your personal login details:

• Username
• Password
• Server URL (also shown as “Portal / Host”)
• M3U URL (an alternative way to connect)
• Expiry date of your subscription

Keep this page open, or copy these details somewhere safe. You will type them into your TV app in Step 3.

Tip: Each line plays on one device at a time. You can install the app on many devices, but only watch on one at once (unless you bought a multi-connection plan).

Step 2 — Install the app for your device

We recommend IPTV Smarters. It is free and works on almost every device. Find your device below.

Windows PC / Laptop

1. Download IPTV Smarters for Windows here: https://www.iptvsmarters.com/download?download=windows_app
2. Open the downloaded file and install it (click Next / Yes if Windows asks).
3. Open the app and go to Step 3 below to log in.

Android Phone / Tablet / Android TV / Fire TV / Firestick

1. On phones/tablets: open the Google Play Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro.
2. On Firestick / Fire TV: open the Amazon Appstore, search IPTV Smarters, and install it. (If it is not listed, install the free Downloader app first, then use it to download IPTV Smarters.)
3. Open the app and go to Step 3 below to log in.

iPhone / iPad / Apple TV

1. Open the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Lite.
2. Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes (sometimes shown as “Login with XC”).
3. Go to Step 3 below to enter your details.

Smart TV (Samsung / LG)

1. Open your TV app store and install a player that supports IPTV, such as IBO Player or Smart IPTV.
2. Open the player. It will show a Device ID (and sometimes a Device Key) on screen.
3. The easiest method on Smart TVs is the M3U URL: in the player, choose “Add playlist / Add M3U URL” and paste the M3U URL from your details page (Step 1).
4. If your TV player only accepts a Device ID, send that Device ID to us (see “Need help” below) and we will load your playlist for you.

Step 3 — Log in (the easy method)

Inside the app, choose Login with Xtream Codes (also called “Add User” or “Login with XC”). Then fill in the boxes using the details from Step 1:

• Any Name — type anything you like, e.g. “My TV”.
• Username — copy it exactly from your details page.
• Password — copy it exactly from your details page.
• Server URL — copy the Server URL (Portal / Host) from your details page.

Press Add / Login. The app will load all your channels, movies, and shows. That’s it — you’re ready to watch.

Prefer the M3U method? Choose “Load your playlist / M3U URL” in the app instead, and paste the M3U URL from your details page. Both methods work — pick whichever your app offers.

Internet speed you need

• 15 Mbps for smooth HD
• 25 Mbps for 4K / Ultra HD

A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi gives the best results.

Troubleshooting

• Channels won’t load / “wrong login”: Re-check your Username and Password — type them exactly, with no extra spaces. They are case-sensitive.
• Still not connecting: Your details page lists backup server addresses. Try logging in again using one of those instead of the main Server URL.
• Buffering or freezing: Check your internet speed (see above), restart the app, and restart your router. If you use a VPN, try turning it off (or on).
• App shows “expired”: Your subscription period has ended. Purchase again to continue.
• Only one device plays at a time: That is normal for a single-connection plan. Close the app on other devices, or upgrade to a multi-connection plan.
